Have you heard of this site that sells Groupons. What groupons are, are coupons that are negotiated with the power of a group; the more people that buy the more likely the groupon will be available. What that means is that there needs to be a certain number of people that has to buy the groupon in order for the groupon to become live, and useable.
Usually the discounts are in the range of 50%-60% off retail value, but discounts can go all the way to %90 off which has happened a few times.
